Abstract

This marketing plan for Death Star aims to improve the customer engagement through effective use of social media platforms. This marketing plan analyses the existing customer market and customer engagement, using which new strategies are developed to improve the customer engagement in the social media platforms. This report relies on the use of secondary information from various academic and non-academic sources.
