Abstract

International strategy means expanding your business to compete across national borders. Today, almost 3/4th of the sales revenue of many companies in United States comes from multinational corporations. Either US firms compete abroad or foreign firms sell in the United States. In other words, most successful firms end up expanding internationally. There are three critical questions to be analyzed before expanding businesses in G7 AND BRICS countries.
