Abstract

Now a days customer preference has been drastically changed, with technological advancement more
money in the hands of young people. It is seen that Smart phone companies are selling cheaper
phones with great features and affordable in nature due to which common people in India have
bought in large numbers. Also availability of smartphones in e-commerce platform has made the
market is very competitive. It and increases the larger choice for the customer and competitive
environment among companies. Facility like financial loans /Emi options / Phone insurance etc. made
market more matured and interesting. This study is an attempt to look the changing and shifting
consumer preferences with the time for buying mobile sets. This research has observed very minute
behaviour of mobile phone customers and their choices, which brings clearer picture in forming new
strategies for corporate and users.
