Abstract

The Hospitality Industry is seemingly the most lucrative business .This is demonstrated by the galactic development rate of the business in Hotel Industry. The tremendous amount of recent developments and changes in the marketing place has made it necessary for a hotel to become more market oriented in offering their services. The aim is to satisfy the need of customers while being able to attain the organizational needs/goals. In this study, it will be demonstrated as to how one can define hotel marketing as the application of marketing concept in the hotel industry   to achieve more fulfilling services towards the customer’s wants and needs. Also to explore avenues for improvements, learnings and utilization of the study to inculcate the adaptation of the concept in its best efficient ways of application to the hotel industry.
