Abstract

Hotel business is arguably the most lucrative business in the hospitality industry. The growth of the hotel industry is astronomically increasing day by day. However, with the increase in various hotel groups around the world, the competencies are also on a rise. To reach the goals, a hotel must establish some strategies by which they can generate the targeted revenue and yield high occupancy rate. The business provides high returns on investment and to grow as a company. The purpose of this project report is to explore the effectiveness of E-Marketing in the sales phase in hotels and to discuss what role does E-Marketing play in increasing sales in the hospitality sector. This involves various modes of internet marketing with the use of social media advertisement, search engine marketing etc. In simple words, E-marketing is mostly like an advertisement program for any services or products that the company is selling. Management of the advertisement strategies in a business plays an important role in sales and smooth running of a business and will be an active way to boost up any related strategy. Advance marketing can be a way to create a technical plan to research the market segment and to understand the clientele in a better way which helps the company to come up with a suitable approach to get potential customers and convert them into their current customers by fulfilling all their desires and expectations from the business. The management must be efficient when it comes to E-Marketing because they will only be planning, organizing and accomplishing the marketing action from the sector and utilizing it to attract customers and to promote the value of the company in the market. The success of running the business will only be depending on two things, one is how it is utilizing its marketing strategies to attract all the potential customers and second, how these marketing strategies are helping them to fulfil all the desires of the customers thereby also increasing the value of the business. From onsite interview videos to content on the website, everything must be very accessible; it should be easy for a customer to make reservations, book a hotel room or to reach out to the concerned person in the time of need.
