Abstract

This research study aims to explore the field of marketing strategy utilized during the off-season in a five-star hotel in Pune. This will be done by evaluating the effectiveness of the marketing strategies of the hotel based on the seven elements of the marketing mix. The first objective of the study is how product, price, place, promotion, process, physical evidence, and people affect the marketing strategies of hotel in the offseason.
