Abstract

Many companies are aiming for high satisfaction because customers who are just satisfied still it find it easy to switch when better offer comes along. Highly satisfied people are much less willing to switch. As a result, an attempt was made to identify Amul Milk's customer attitude and satisfaction. This project is based on Amul Milk's customer satisfaction. The aim of this report is to know the behavior of the customer and to determine the level of customer satisfaction with Amul milk. In Porbandar, customers are of different varieties, and their preference also differs extremely. In milk segment the customers prefer more of Localized milk, and in branded also they are going for Amul. To do that in an efficient way I decided a sample size of 200 customers.
