Abstract

High achievers believe fitness is of paramount value. This study is about high achiever’s fitness who may be working in any form of work environment. The mental makeup and mindset of such persons differ among all other levels of performers. This means that it would affect the mental and physical fitness as they embark on what they want to do. It is interesting how fitness impacts on the overall performance of the high achievers. So, it becomes pertinent to stay fit by following with discipline the indicated routines and exercises in the article. Although the routines and exercises are not exhaustive, it would suffice to adopt a fitness regime by the high achiever to enhance performance. This article investigates secondary information to authenticate the study.
