Choosing Profession: A Lacking Linkage between Education System and Employability

Abstract

The hardest thing is to choose the proper profession when a person is inexperienced, and he has uncertain ideas about the future. Profession chosen must suit the person’s personality and its interest. His dreams and profession selection to achieve that dreams are quite important. There is a lacking linkage between today’s education system and employability. During the education, there must be something that can help to choose profession which suits best to person’s interest and to achieve his life dreams.
