Abstract

The research paper deals with the problems that a common customer deals while purchasing online. The problems have been critically analyzed, and a business model has been created. This model will help the businesspeople who are involved in e-commerce business. Subsequently those who are planning to enter the e-commerce business can also get a direction if they use this model.
