Abstract

This paper explores the importance of human values and ethics in society& education. Without ethics and human values, our society can't really support it. In different situations, ethics is being interrupted a number of times. It is a pattern of behavior that tells us how human beings should act in different situations when they discover themselves as relatives, friends, classmates, family members or teachers. The important advantages of an ethics learner include being highly dedicated, accepting authority, offering honour, tolerance, equality, empathy, good understanding, and being a fantastic citizen.  Values are important because they lead to beneficial changes at the individual level. Values are a prerequisite for good human behavior. Values are the energy that supports our society's machinery to run properly. It's the key to a life of purpose. For example, ethics, values and education are like diamonds that produce different colored rays from a variety of angles. The paper therefore looks at ethics and values education for all. As a result, this research underlines the necessity of incorporating ethics and values education for everybody, underscoring how these elements are critical in developing individuals who contribute constructively to society. By creating an atmosphere in which ethical principles and human values are taught and supported, we may ensure the growth of people who are not only knowledgeable but also morally grounded and socially accountable.
