Abstract

Autonomous robots can be used to increase the speed and accuracy of daily operations, especially in warehouses and factories; work alongside people to be more effective; and reduce the risk of injury to workers in hazardous areas. As robot management hardware and software continue to improve, it could give employers a competitive advantage over the next 10 years. By improving sensors, dexterity, artificial intelligence and training, they have become faster and better and now include safety measures that allow them to collaborate with humans. You can improve your supply chain by reducing long-term costs, ensuring employment and sustainable use, increasing employee productivity, reducing error rates, reducing the frequency of deliveries, optimizing selection and storage time, and increasing access to difficult or dangerous places. There are opportunities. Why not? When replacing traditional jobs with investment opportunities, pre-feasibility testing is needed through remittances, additional skills and training, and public opinion testing. The continuous improvement in robot management hardware and software presents a potential competitive advantage for employers over the next decade. By deploying robotics, supply chains can achieve cost reduction, ensure sustainability, increase employee productivity, lower error rates, and optimize various processes such as selection, storage, and delivery frequency. While the potential benefits are substantial, careful consideration is required to address the challenges associated with job displacement. Continue monitoring advances so that autonomous robots can adapt to the supply chain.
