The era of digitalization has changed the pattern of expressing emotions along with communication in different spheres of life. As digital natives, Generation Z heavily relies on digital communication tools to share their views and emotions in everyday interactions this study investigates the unique ways in which Generation Z expresses emotions, focusing on their preferred digital communication tools with reasons. The present study is descriptive in nature based on review information only.  The findings reveal that digital communication tool has created high influence on the emotion and behavior pattern of generation Z. The study offers critical insights for the parents, educators, employers and policymakers for fostering strong and effective relationships for holistic development. The study’s findings indicate that digital communication tools significantly impact how Generation Z expresses emotions and develops behavioral patterns. These platforms influence the ways young people build relationships, read social signals, resolve disagreements, and shape their personal and social identities in online spaces. Moreover, the research provides valuable guidance for parents, teachers, employers, and policymakers by emphasizing the importance of understanding the emotional aspects of digital communication. Such understanding can help nurture more meaningful, positive, and effective interactions, thereby supporting the overall growth and well-being of Generation Z in today’s highly digital environment.
