Exploring the Interplay between Stress Management and Work-Life Balance for Employees

Abstract

Stress is being faced by employees and it is now considered as a predominant issue. The lifestyle of people has changed, and it has impacted the working of people at their homes and business/ workplace. Numerous people have been impacted seriously by longer workdays that would eventually impact their psychological and social well-being. Work life balance is very important, and the employees need to manage work at their homes and at the workplace. There is stress at home and workplace. This study aimed to manage techniques for managing stress for ensuring work life balance in the current scenario. The study is based on secondary sources like books, websites, journals etc. Using search engines like Scopus and Google Scholar. The findings of the study revealed that stress management could be helpful for the employees working at the workplace. The morale of the employees could be boosted when they could manage their life. There are different techniques for managing stress for allowing human resource for taking initiative for the employees facilitate a better management of work-life balance
