Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) today is gaining more attention than ever. With AI becoming part of the organizations and getting more of attention there has been a chaos in industry how AI, automation, machine learning are disrupting industries and considered as threat to the industry and jobs. But there it a boon to human resource (HR) departments as it is transforming through its synergy and creating an impact on recruitment, assessment and management practices. The main objective of this research paper is to understand how AI is transforming and revolutionizing human resource and not making them redundant. Organizational leaders and HR executives believe that merging artificial intelligence (AI) with HR functions like administration and on-boarding will improve the overall employee experience. This article will discuss both the viewpoints in this article that is AI a curse or boon. We have tried to analyze some of the top companies as reference which uses artificial intelligence for our study. Study focuses on the challenges and limitations of artificial intelligence in the present industry scenario. The study will also give a brief understanding of the future of artificial intelligence.
