A Study on Employee Motivation Level at Textile Industry

Abstract

Employee motivation is very important for any organization. The purpose of this employee motivation
study is to examine the employee motivation level. Every organization should provide good motivation
to their employees to perform their work good in the organization when the employee feels good
about their jobs. The aim of the study is to examine the various factors of motivation in the
organization, to know the level of motivation in employees of the company, to know about the
financial and non-financial incentives provided in the organization and to provide practical
suggestions for the improvement of organization’s performance.
