Abstract

Culture dominates the human soul, starting from tradition and conceptualization of culture. It can be described as the outcome of common customs, standards, and values that are passed down from generation to generation among members of a society.. Keeping this fact in mind, in a country with a rich heritage like India, it is important to learn how decisions can be well informed to create a culture so that Indian traders can form and enjoy their business policies accordingly. Consumers are more important than a profitable business. Mistreatment Self-administered surveys with 444 respondents in the city of PCMC Area were used to gather data.. Initially, researchers demonstrated the relationship between 444 cultural determinants (such as gender, age, education, and religion) through t-tests and one-way ANOVA. Regression analysis was conducted to investigate the relationship between this decision numbered and the purchasing behavior of consumers, and the results showed that there was no relationship established by the judge with consumer behavior. The customer journey metaphor refers to the steps a person takes to build a relationship with a brand or gain the satisfaction of purchasing a product
