Six Sigma is a term used in statistics to refer to standard deviation and is a measure of the measurement of standard deviation. A series of actions or modifications to the procedure. It is used for three things; development process, process Design/Development and Process Management. This is a disciplined process focused on development and delivery. Nearly perfect products and services. Evaluate the effectiveness of our processes according to customer needs DMAIC Path. This is a continuous improvement for all situations. Six Sigma encourages cultural change. However, because the number of pharmaceutical companies facing increasingly intense commercial competition is increasing. Create tactics based on designs from other sectors, like Six Sigma.Generally speaking, Six Sigma is good and a culture of learning, sharing and eternal happinessLogistics managers may enhance overall efficiency, minimize risks, and optimize operations by incorporating Six Sigma ideas into their work as they negotiate the intricate web of contemporary supply chains. This essay promotes the use of Six Sigma as a transformative instrument to help the logistics industry develop a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and teamwork. This study highlights how Six Sigma may be used to a variety of industries, including the pharmaceutical industry, to meet the changing needs of commercial rivalry. Logistics managers that adopt Six Sigma set out on a path to achieve organizational excellence that is marked by creativity, tenacity, and an unshakable dedication to customer-centricity.
