Analysis of IPO in IT Sector Companies

Any company participating in an IPO is making a significant move since it opens the door to massive
capital raising. As a result, the company's potential for expansion and growth is increased.
Additionally, the enhanced openness and trustworthiness of the share listing may help it get better
terms when looking for borrowed money; whereas the IT sector is crucial to the 21st-century
knowledge economy, which is technology-driven. India has even gained recognition as a knowledge
economy on a global scale because of its excellent IT sector. Comparing the IT industry to agriculture
and manufacturing, it is growing far faster. Since IPO being a significant factor to raise funds, the
authors wish to analyze the performance of the major IT companies in India and their performance
after the issue of such IPO through the help of ratio analysis.
