Study of Feedback Taken by Employers on Performance Appraisal Review
Abstract
The aim of the study was to determine whether after getting a performance appraisal review from employers, employees get the proper opportunity to give their genuine feedback and whether the feedback of the employees really matters to the manager/HR/ or boss and whether some steps were taken by employers to improve the performance of the employees.
