Challenges and Difficulties of Supply Chain Management in India
Abstract
Supply chain management is a multifaceted process involving many stakeholders. Supply chain management is very important for organizations because it tracks the raw materials needed to assemble the finished product and manages the quality of the product to meet the customer's desired needs. Organizations also need to have a perspective by identifying areas that depend on a single supplier in order not to experience production problems. Today's products need to be constantly changed to meet the emerging needs and challenges of the supply chain because this will enable organizations to better manage competition and business. Numerous difficulties might be linked to supply chain management issues. Since the supply chain is the cornerstone of corporate performance, any harm to it may have an effect on expenses and earnings. Professionals can acquire essential skills for efficient operations with the aid of a supply chain operations certification. Any business's ability to succeed depends on the calibre of its goods, machinery, and services. In fact, the problems faced by supply chain management in India are not uncommon and companies need to deal with them well.
