This research will be focusing on the growth of the financial sector in the Indian economy and also some loopholes.SEBI and RBI also have come with a lot of new reforms and procedures to secure investors in case of fraud and insider trading. A financial market is a wider concept which has changed a lot in the past years and has turned around to be a profit-earning source for the economy as well as individuals. Financial markets have some challenges and opportunities that are hindering the growth of market.
