Abstract

This study explores their effectiveness of employee retention in an IT service company this research aims for determine the facts of influencing so that will be identify the HR analytics in improving the retention strategies that will be helps to improve the researches so, here the information will be carried through the structured questionnaire from 111 employees. This study reveals that the HR analytics acts as important fact to improve in the employee retention by identifying at-risk employees, designing the effective strategy and enhancing the employee satisfaction in the company this finding suggest that the compensation, career growth opportunities, work life balance and the leadership support or the key factors of influencing the employee retention. They can look at lots of workers facts to learn why people leave the job. Then they can act fast, they can make ‘HR’ plans that will match to their firm’s goals. But we do not have much study on the data and keeping good workers in India. This also says that the people analytic in driving the business growth in improving in environment and reducing the employee turnover in the company. And the organization will have the tools and technology and develop the analytical skills among the HR professionals and integrate HR analytics into its decision- making processes. HR analytical plays an important role in improving the employee retention to enhance the employee satisfaction this study will understand the HR analytics that will be in improving the retention of an employees in an IT company.
