Abstract

Employee lifecycle is very important for any organization. Employee lifecycle includes every step an
employee goes through; from the time they enter an organization until they leave. Through by
maintaining a proper lifecycle, the organization can achieve its objective and can retain employee for
longer period of time. Employee life cycle management is considered a crucial function of the HR
department because it deals with the most valuable asset of the organization its employees. The aim to
analyze the HR practices such as Recruitment, onboarding, training and developments, career
development opportunities, compensation, reward and recognition, benefits, Participation in Decision
Making, Work-Life balance, motivation that organizations can adopt to retain their top talented
employees and motivate them to stay in the organization.
