Abstract

TQM system is for a customer focused organization that involves all the employees in continual improvement of all aspects of the organization. Customer is at the center of any organization because your profit or we can say growth of any organization is depends on customer and customer prefers quality product. So in this century of cut throught competition, if you want to survive in market, go with the choice of customer. Provide them a better product with best quality as compare to your competitor.
