Abstract

The main idea of this research paper is to determine the effectiveness of the skill She handed over a development training program to entrepreneurs in Coimbatore. The purpose of the investigation process is to provide guidelines and suggestions for enhancement and compound the training program to be organized in the association. Exploration line illustration Descriptive exploration is supported for this study. Primary data is used for the study. Primary data was collected through questionnaires with close-ended questions. The analysis is Probability analysis, weighted average system, chi-square test and. Done using the Weighted rank system to obtain statistics applied to the opinion of the hand. This study helps to conduct operations to improve the current training program company. The literature and new ideas in skill development investigation. The objects of study are twofold. The first is to conduct a descriptive analysis with a focus on structural limitations such as geographic environment, skill development, exploration style, area of interest, type of training, and origin of the study. The alternative model is to do a thematic analysis on skill development, institutional and non-supervisory mechanisms, skill development for technology abandonment, part of skill development in women's commission, integrating skill development with secondary education, and the importance of labor request reforms.
