Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important part of any organisation. Organisation focuses on this aspect carefully and sincerely in both markets b2b and b2c.Losing customers is a challenge and threat for any organisation as well as critical in context to revenue. Organisation never compromise on these two issues. OM Logistics Ltd. provides numerous services, one of the services being surface services. This study focuses on measuring satisfaction of customer of OM Logistics for B2B customer who takes surface services from OM Logistics. It enables us to understand the key factors which play vital role in logistic partner selection and results in better customer satisfaction in logistics in general and the challenges OM Logistics is facing because of which it is losing business with some of its existing customers. The research paper outlines study on satisfaction level of surface services customers of OM Logistics and challenges faced by existing surface services customers.
