Abstract

Leadership is the process of convincing people to do what you want them to do in order to achieve set goals willingly and enthusiastically. The responses vary along a continuum ranging from resistance to commitment. Today’s workplace is one where change is a fact of life. To keep organizations competent in the face of such rapid changes, environmental changes necessarily require higher levels of managerial effectiveness. Supporting this point of view, it was also said that it is important to research these behavioral characteristics, particularly the duties and roles of business executives, in light of the globalization of trade and commerce. The main goal of this article is to investigate corporate leaders’ perceptions of changing and challenging leadership roles and responsibilities.
