Abstract

Education means different things to different people. To some, it is a basic requirement to earn a livelihood and to some it is a symbol of social status and power in society. In a typical classroom setting, people with varied range of requirements are present and it is the duty of the teacher to satisfy these requirements, by playing the role of facilitator of learning and inspiring the students to learn (As it is rightly said that a mediocre teacher teaches and an excellent teacher inspires).
