• Corporate Law and Business Regulation: Research on company formation, corporate personality, corporate powers, statutory compliance, regulatory frameworks, and the legal responsibilities of companies operating in domestic and international markets.
• Corporate Governance and Board Accountability: Studies on board structure, directors’ duties, fiduciary obligations, shareholder oversight, executive accountability, board independence, corporate disclosure, transparency, and governance reforms affecting public and private companies.
• Corporate Contracts and Commercial Transactions: Research on contract formation, performance, breach, remedies, force majeure, specific performance, commercial obligations, negotiation, drafting, and interpretation of business agreements in domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Agency, Delegation, and Principal–Agent Relationships: Studies on agency law, delegated management, principal–agent problems, moral hazard, adverse selection, managerial incentives, portfolio delegation, fiduciary responsibilities, and contractual mechanisms for aligning stakeholder interests.

This retains the journal’s existing emphasis on digital markets and informational support while placing it within a clearer corporate-law framework.
• Data Governance, Privacy, and Corporate Information Management: Research on corporate data governance, commercial use of data, information security, privacy obligations, data sharing, digital records, cybersecurity compliance, and legal responsibilities associated with business information systems.
• Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG: Studies on corporate social responsibility, environmental, social and governance obligations, sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, non-financial disclosure, responsible investment, and legal accountability for corporate sustainability commitments.
• Business Globalization and Cross-Border Corporate Law: Research on multinational enterprises, cross-border business structures, foreign investment, international commercial transactions, subsidiary governance, transnational corporate regulation, and legal issues arising from globalization. The journal currently identifies business globalization as a central area of interest.
• Shareholder and Stakeholder Rights: Studies on shareholder remedies, minority protection, voting rights, derivative actions, stakeholder participation, investor activism, employee interests, creditor protections, and the balancing of competing interests within corporate governance.
• Corporate Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation: Research on corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, arbitration, mediation, conciliation, commercial courts, enforcement of awards, and other mechanisms for resolving business and corporate conflicts.
• Corporate Taxation and Regulatory Compliance: Studies on the interaction between corporate law and taxation, including tax governance, corporate structuring, compliance obligations, cross-border tax issues, and legal risks associated with business taxation.

Comparative and interdisciplinary work is welcome where corporate or business law forms the central legal contribution.
