Abstract

Effective company management relies heavily on personnel planning to make sure that the appropriate people are in the correct roles at the right times inside an organization. Achieving company goals and promoting success require this strategic process. To ensure that staffing levels are acceptable and that the types and talents of employees are in line with the company's objectives, every organization needs to follow a set of clearly established criteria. The primary goals of this study are to evaluate First Cry Company's hiring practices, investigate any difficulties that may have arisen, and offer suggestions considering the results. One of the core components of people planning is recruitment. It entails seeking out and drawing in competent job applicants with the training and expertise needed to carry out duties successfully. Through the recruitment process, businesses can create a pool of potential hires from whom qualified applicants can be chosen to fill open positions. Recruitment plays a critical role in ensuring that the company can meet its staffing needs and achieve its business objectives by building a solid relationship between employers and job seekers.
