Abstract

Business climate is more informal in developing countries like India as entrepreneurs are less interested to register their business to the government. The cultural heritage of India is rich but the Indian society is conservative with many intellectual capabilities. According to the World Bank, India ranked 77 in doing business in 2019 which was 137th in 2014. India is in urgent need of burgeoning the neo youth power which needs crores of jobs opportunities by 2020. Our Indian government evolves incentives and subsidies for the youth in doing business. The benefits of various schemes are provided in the form of various incentives and subsidies by MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) ministries. There exists a conceptualization or consolidation of all MSME schemes under one umbrella. The information provided must be beneficial to entrepreneur to take the benefits of MSME schemes. The enterprise development can be in the form of expansion, establishments, modernization, acquisition and mergers.
