Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in motivating people to become entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship education cultivates innovative talents, which are essential for future development. It provides students with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to identify opportunities and develop the necessary resources for success. The following points highlight the importance of education in fostering entrepreneurial motivation: Innovation and Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurship education encourages students to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, which is linked to the development of new products or entering new markets. This mindset is formed through in-depth study and research, leading to a strong atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship. Enhancing Learning Skills and Resources: Entrepreneurship education increases levels of motivation by enhancing learning skills and resources essential for carrying out entrepreneurial tasks. This motivation creates more favorable conditions for a more successful entrepreneurial journey. Reducing Environmental Uncertainty: Entrepreneurship education provides students with the information, knowledge, and resources they need, thereby reducing environmental uncertainty and creating a more stable and supportive environment for entrepreneurship. Influence on Higher Education Students: Entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions is a current and relevant topic, with the aim of analyzing the extent to which the entrepreneurial potential of students is influenced by such education. Motivation to Learn and Resilience: Entrepreneurship education increases the levels of motivation, which is key to developing entrepreneurial behaviors. Motivation to learn and resilience are essential psychological mechanisms that manage motivation. In conclusion, education is crucial in motivating people to become entrepreneurs by fostering innovation, enhancing learning skills and resources, reducing environmental uncertainty, and promoting a resilient entrepreneurial mindset. This motivation creates more favorable conditions for a successful entrepreneurial journey and contributes to the overall development of the economy and society.
