Abstract

The process of identifying chances to develop a new method, product, or service and locating the resources needed to take advantage of the opportunity to improve people's lives is what defines entrepreneurship. Either a team or an individual may do this. A predisposition for taking risks, inventiveness, proactivity, and originality are characteristics of effective entrepreneurs. Various elements, including team member qualities, team leadership, and demographic and informational diversity, impact the productivity of entrepreneurial teams. Strong interpersonal ties and common objectives are the ideal environment for entrepreneurial teams to thrive. This study uses comparative qualitative research methodologies to present some deep and comprehensive insights on the traits, qualities, and essential aspects of individual entrepreneurs. Therefore, the values developed by the social, economic, and cultural components of being a self-employed individual help to form the entrepreneurial abilities necessary to pursue new ventures. In summary, it is likely possible to categorize a group of abilities as entrepreneurial skills that are different from other leadership and management abilities. The values that are developed by social, economic, and cultural experiences mold the entrepreneurial skills required to launch new businesses. To put it briefly, entrepreneurial skills are a special combination of talents that distinguish them apart from typical leadership and management capabilities. This emphasizes how crucial it is to comprehend and develop these skills in order to succeed as an entrepreneur.
