Abstract

This paper aims to investigate strategic(HR) human resource practices in the digital era and their impact on employee retention and organizational performance. With the rapid evolution of technology and its effect on organizational structures, there is a improving need to reorganize human resource functions to become agile, data-driven, and Employee centric. This paper seeks to investigate strategic human resource practices in the digital age, including digital recruitment strategies, virtual training programs, performance standards, and flexible work arrangements. It aims to research how these strategies are effected and also how these plays a major role , here employee retention and organizational performance. It also further seeks to analyze clearly the relationship between and impact among employees like technology enabled human resource strategies productivity and also the performance results. Based on new research here and organizational trends also, This paper also aims to identify the major key factors that impacts the employee retention and organizational performances in the digital Era. The complete finding’s of this paper indicates that integration this technology to drive the Human capital development and its also main key to sustaining organizational competitiveness and employee retention.
