Creating Powerful Digital Marketing Plans to Boost Lead Generation and Brand Engagement in B2B Markets

Abstract

This study finds what digital marketing strategies are best and most efficient in B2B brand engagement and lead generation, considering unique needs and behaviors in the B2B clientele. This research, adopting a qualitative approach, examines the existing strategies and their effectiveness on brand engagement and lead generation through semi-structured interviews with 20 firms. Key trends, challenges, and best practices were identified using thematic analysis of data obtained, giving a wide outlook on B2B digital marketing.
This research is complemented by an extensive literature review that provides a theoretical framework, contextualizing the findings of the present study within the existing models of digital marketing. Perhaps the greatest value of this study is in considering the development of the marketing performance model for the B2B organization while specially focusing on the peculiar market dynamic and customer behaviors usually remaining unnoticed in B2C-driven research. These findings provide insights on how to optimize marketing activities, attract customers, and increase ROI. This research is a goldmine for digital marketers, researchers, and professionals in their quest for innovative strategies that guarantee growth and improvement
