Abstract

Employee engagement is a critical factor influencing organizational performance, productivity, and employee retention in the Information Technology (IT) sector. Organizational climate refers to employees' perceptions of the work environment, management practices, communication systems, and organizational policies. This study examines the relationship between organizational climate dimensions and employee engagement among employees working in IT companies. Data were collected from 150 IT professionals through a structured questionnaire. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, correlation, and regression analysis were used. The findings indicate that communication, leadership support, recognition, teamwork, and career development opportunities significantly influence employee engagement. The study concludes that a positive organizational climate enhances employee motivation, commitment, and overall job satisfaction.
