The Impact of Effective Management on a Company’s Capacity to Manufacture Items and Develop Software
Abstract
This case study examines the impact of good leadership on productivity in a manufacturing company
and a software development company. The study identifies key leadership strategies that can be effective in improving productivity, including employee engagement, training and development, performance management, building a culture of trust, empowering employees, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement. According to the study, these tactics significantly affect employee satisfaction, motivation, and output, which boosts organisational effectiveness and financial results. The results of the study show that any company that wants to succeed in the current competitive market must have competent leadership.
