Abstract

This research emphasises how important it is for governmental entities to act as role models and regulators when it comes to promoting sustainable energy transitions. With a focus on Gujarat, a state known for taking a leading role in renewable energy, the study uses a mixed methods approach to look at the potential and difficulties government entrepreneurs confront when integrating solar power solutions. The recognised challenges, which range from budgetary limitations to legal impediments, affect how well solar projects are carried out. On the other hand, the analysis highlights a range of advantages resulting from Gujarat's advantageous solar radiation, benevolent policies, and dedication to sustainable development. This study delivers useful insights for industry stakeholders and policymakers, in addition to adding to academic knowledge via case studies that showcase effective practices. The ultimate goal is to hasten government entrepreneurs' adoption of solar solutions, promoting a more robust and sustainable energy environment in Gujarat and acting as a prototype for international projects. The primary aim is to accelerate the uptake of solar solutions by government entrepreneurs, thereby cultivating a more robust and sustainable energy environment in Gujarat and acting as a model for global undertakings. This expanded abstract provides a comprehensive overview of the potential and constraints involved in promoting sustainable energy efforts within governmental frameworks, summarizing the study's detailed analysis of the dynamics affecting the integration of solar power solutions
