Abstract

This study aims to find out the improvement of field knowledge and skills how help to increase the employee’s empowerment. Employees can show their knowledge of proficiency in activities involving methods, processes, and procedures. The objective of this study is to investigate the new learning technique how lead for employees empowerment, to know the relationship between employees acquiring new knowledge and work performance, to assess the required training programmes for the employees, to identify the employee empowerment impact on the organization and to find the relationship between factors towards employee empowerment. Now a day’s cooperative banks are started to develop in this society.  When the cooperative bank managers are started to learn and update themselves at the time they can easily handle the problems and improve the bank performance also. This study provides a clearer picture about the significant role of training and employees empowerment. It tries to conclude that the acquiring new knowledge and technique were having positive influence on the employee’s empowerment.
