Abstract

Customer relationship management also knows as CRM, it is an important functioning activity for the business. CRM decided the long run of the business activities. The research is focus on the customer’s opinions and good well about the hotel industry in Tirupati. Tirupati is known for temple city and there are thousands of hotel in the city but the study is focus on high class and luxury sector. The samples are collects from MARASA SAROVAR PREMIERE Hotel known for four star hotels in Tirupati. Chi-Square testing is used for testing hypothesis with respected to customer opinions about services and infrastructure of the hotel industry in Tirupati Holy city.
