Abstract

The aim of this paper is to assess the satisfaction of the customer towards the banking services rendered by the Erode district Central Co-Operative Bank Ltd. in Dharapuram. Responses of customers were randomly selected for knowing their experience with the bank. The analysis showed that customers of the bank were highly satisfied with their services and attitude of the employees, but they expressed their dissatisfaction towards the lesser technological advancements. In the present study, the researcher has focused on various factors that determine the customer satisfaction in banking services like employee behaviour, services provided, the performance of banks, infrastructure facility, loan services and other value-added services.
