A Study of the Advancement of Digital Marketing in Indian Context
Abstract
As the Indian economy is expanding at an unmatched pace, digital marketing is getting essential in the modern Indian market. In order to have a competitive edge over the market most of the organisations are utilising digital marketing. The most important component of digital marketing is the Internet. The Internet is a very effective and widely used tool for a variety of organizational and personal problems. The development, current state, and prospects of digital marketing in India are all covered in this paper. It also throws light upon the various tools of digital marketing being utilised by the entrepreneurs to promote their product/services digitally to their potential as well as existing customers. The study also covers the latest trends and statistics related to the growth of digital marketing in the Indian market. The study also aims to point out the various challenges being faced while utilisation of digital marketing in Indian markets. The report illustrates the notable expansion and impact of digital marketing in the Indian industry through an examination of current trends and statistical data. It looks at how the rise of e-Commerce platforms, cheaper cell phones, and more internet penetration have all influenced the wide spread use of digital marketing in both urban and rural locations. Additionally, this study highlights the difficulties that Indian firms encounter while putting digital marketing strategies into practice. These difficulties include things like poor digital literacy in some areas, linguistic hurdles, worries about data protection, and they have to continuously adjust to changing consumer habits and technological advancements.
