Abstract

Design thinking is a new, human-cantered approach that promotes creative problem-solving by combining empathy, ideation, and iterative procedures. By combining many viewpoints and cooperative ideas, it goes beyond conventional approaches and is defined as the application of collective wisdom to complicated problems. In management, design thinking enables companies to promote innovation, connect strategies with user-centric solutions, and overcome uncertainty. When paired with business analytics, design thinking gains a powerful edge, leveraging data-driven insights to validate ideas, predict outcomes, and refine decisions. This synergy bridges the gap between intuitive creativity and analytical precision, enabling managers to craft adaptive strategies and sustainable solutions. This article explores the definition of design thinking, its relevance in contemporary management, and how its integration with business analytics reshapes decision-making, creating pathways for resilience and future-ready leadership. The fusion of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving helps bridge the long-standing gap between logical reasoning and imaginative thinking. This integration empowers leaders to craft dynamic, forward-thinking strategies that are practical, impactful, and sustainable. When design thinking is combined with the insights derived from business analytics, it enables managers to make smarter, more inclusive, and resilient choices amid rising uncertainty. This article explores the core concepts and methodology of design thinking, highlights its increasing relevance in today’s management landscape, and investigates how its alignment with business analytics is reshaping strategic decision-making. This combined approach fosters empathetic leadership, drives innovation-led growth, and equips organizations to respond proactively to emerging challenges
