Bridging the Gender Pay Gap: The Role of social media, EQ, IQ, and Fund Management in Female Entrepreneur Success
Abstract
This paper explores the multifaceted dynamics influencing the success of female entrepreneurs, with a particular focus on the roles played by social media, emotional intelligence (EQ), intellectual intelligence (IQ), and fund management in bridging the gender pay gap. Through a comprehensive synthesis of existing research, secondary data, and case studies, we analyze how these factors empower women to create economic opportunities and overcome barriers in business. Despite global efforts, the gender pay gap persists, underscoring the critical need for strategies that promote women's economic participation. By leveraging platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, female entrepreneurs can expand their market reach, enhance brand visibility, and engage directly with customers on a global scale. Furthermore, high EQ enables effective leadership and team management, contributing to business resilience and growth. Intellectual intelligence supports strategic decision-making and innovation, which is essential for navigating competitive markets. Effective fund management practices, including financial planning and access to capital, are pivotal in securing business sustainability and expansion. This paper offers actionable insights and policy recommendations to foster an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem that empowers women to thrive and contributes to narrowing the gender pay gap.
