Abstract

This research paper delves into the exploration of ethical leadership and its implications for fair career progression of female managers in female-dominated workplaces. The paper emphasizes the correlation between ethical leadership and gender parity in career advancement, drawing on a variety of theoretical perspectives and empirical studies. This inquiry aims to probe the influence of ethical leadership on career development trajectories of female managers in organizations steered by women leaders. The hypothesis posits that adherence to ethical leadership principles engenders an atmosphere that nurtures fair and equal career growth possibilities for women in managerial positions. This research paper seeks to explore the relationship between ethical leadership and the career progression of female managers in workplaces directed by female leaders. The study hypothesizes that ethical leadership practices can create an environment conducive to fair and equal career growth opportunities for female managers. The scholarly examination endeavors to critically dissect the concept of ethical leadership, and its ramifications for the equitable career progression of female managers operating within female-centric workplaces. With a spotlight on the nuanced correlation between ethical leadership practices and the achievement of gender parity in career ascension, the study leverages diverse theoretical frameworks and scrutinizes a plethora of empirical evidence. The central objective is to contribute a nuanced understanding of how ethical leadership can cultivate an environment conducive to equal career advancement opportunities, particularly in a workplace environment predominantly influenced by female leadership.
