Abstract

Unquestionably, artificial intelligence (AI) has changed the commercial communication paradigm in a number of ways. AI has introduced the newest technologies that are transforming and reinventing how businesses engage both at home and in the market, including numerous company operations and vital activities, from improving interpersonal interactions to simplifying internal and external operations.  The present research explores the various aspects of artificial intelligence and its significant role in developing effective communication in organizations supplying to the current needs of communication, including its applications, benefits, challenges, and also setting future trends to impeccably address future requirements on business front. Furthermore, by overcoming linguistic and cultural obstacles, AI-driven communication technologies have made remote work and international corporate expansion easier. There are many advantages to using AI in business communication, including higher output, better accuracy, lower costs, and better client interaction. However, issues still exist, such as the need for worker upskilling, ethical issues, data security concerns, and the possibility of less human connection. This report offers important insights into how companies may use AI to produce more effective, efficient, and responsive communication strategies in an increasingly digital world by examining the influence of AI today and projecting future advancements.
