Financial planning is an important part of managing income, savings, and investments, especially for salaried women employees. This study examines the impact of financial planning on the investment decisions of salaried women by analysing factors such as financial literacy, income level, savings habits, work experience, and risk-bearing capacity. The study is based on primary data collected from 107 respondents through a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analysed using percentage analysis, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate that financial planning has a positive influence on investment decisions, with work experience showing the strongest impact among the selected variables. The study also reveals that many respondents have moderate financial knowledge and prefer low-risk investment options for long-term financial security. It highlights the need to improve financial literacy, encourage regular savings, and increase awareness of various investment opportunities. The study concludes that effective financial planning helps salaried women employees make informed investment decisions, improve financial confidence, achieve long-term financial stability, and build financial independence. The findings can assist financial institutions and policymakers in promoting financial awareness and supporting women's financial empowerment.
