A Review and Exploration of Training and Development Repercussions for the Enrichment of Employee Performance

Abstract

This study paper's objective is to provide a thorough analysis of how training and development could enhance employee performance. By examining recent literature, actual data, and theoretical frameworks, it examines the efficacy of training and development programs in improving employee knowledge, skills, motivation, job satisfaction, and overall organizational productivity. The research also looks into the factors that determine how training, development, and employee performance are linked. The findings highlight the positive impact of training and development initiatives, emphasizing their importance for organizations in achieving optimal performance. There is guidance for establishing and carrying out successful training and development programs in addition to practical implications for HR professionals. This research paper aims to explore the different factors that influence employee performance, present various strategies for enhancing employee performance, and highlight the role of technology in stimulating employee motivation and engagement in both physical and virtual work environments. With this in mind, the paper intends to add to the body of knowledge on enhancing employee performance while also offering helpful advice to managers who are looking to improve staff performance
