The sample for the study is collected from the employees working in organizations situated in Delhi as it is convenient. The sample size of the study is 435. The primary data will be used in the study which was collected using online and offline questionnaire method. IBM SPSS will be used to analyze the data that has been gathered. In summary, both organization performance and employee satisfaction are significantly influenced by flexible work systems. They exhibit moderate to strong predictive power in influencing these aspects of workplace flexibility. Businesses looking to improve workplace flexibility and worker wellbeing can benefit greatly from their insightful advice. There are several useful ramifications when looking into how flexible work arrangements affect organizational success and employee happiness. Such arrangements often result in heightened employee satisfaction due to increased autonomy and work-life balance, consequently enhancing productivity and reducing turnover costs. Furthermore, being able to provide flexible work arrangements helps draw in and keep top talent, promoting an inclusive and varied workforce. While cost savings from reduced overhead expenses are evident, challenges in managing remote teams and maintaining collaboration may arise, necessitating investment in technology and robust communication strategies. Overall, embracing flexible work arrangements can yield a happier, more productive workforce, positively impacting organizational performance in the long term.
